He still doesn't know yet how to communicate properly so he just pulls clothes, pushes, maybe even screams to get someone else's attention. <br/><br/>If you don't have other children in your area that he can play with, maybe try enrolling him in playgroups like Little Gym or Gymboree so he is able to interact with other children his age group.
