My in-law’s place is often flooded whenever there is high tide or heavy rain, which is very common experience here in the Philippines. They already had their house renovated to elevate it, as well as their garage. But, the recent storm that hit the country resulted in high floods, which damaged their garage floors. We are figuring it out how to fix the cracks in their garage floor to prevent it from being destroyed completely.
