In fact some of the Philippine dishes have more Multi vitamin and Minerals compare to some other dishes from other countries. Sometimes we look at it and think its kinda yucky but infact look for Example Pinakbet but if you look what in it it has a lot of different Vegetables in one serve theres the Squash, bittermelon, eggplant, okra, string beans, sauteed shrimp paste or you can even put some water spinach( Kangkong) and have some also some meat. infact all of the ingredients are very nutritious to our body. I think filipino dishes are unique and exotic it may not be look good for other people but you compare them to other dishes of the other countries infact it very nutritious and healthy.
