Something red…
Here’s a tag from emmyrose, very timely for Valentine’s Day…(but I’m already late in posting this)

A post-valentine post
Abeth and I celebrate Valentine’s Day ever since we became a couple. We normally dine out to celebrate this day. This year, the two of us decided to have our pre-valentine date in Pizza Hut in SM Marilao because I’ve been craving for pizza and pasta these past days. We left Andre at his Lola’s house and picked him up after our date. I ordered pasta in red sauce and he ordered chicken wings with rice, since he is not a pizza and pasta person. We ordered pizza for take out to share it with my in-laws. We also ordered for their dessert sampler, which we enjoyed the most. It includes a junior serving of mango panna cotta, choco lava cake, and mud pie sundae. We don’t have a picture of what we ate because we forgot to take a picture of the. We’re almost done when we remembered to take pictures. We just took pictures of the dessert we had instead (actually, nabawasan na din hehe). Excited kasi kami kumain.
This last Valentine’s Day, he surprised me again. He gave me a bouquet of flowers when he arrived from the office. I never saw that he has flowers for me because I was in front of the computer busy working. He entered our room together with Andre and gave me the roses. I was so touched. My two boys gave me flowers. Here it is…
Love is a mystery
I would like to share this piece of writing forwarded to me in 1999 thru e-mail. Can you imagine that? That was 9 years ago. I saw the print out of this email on Abeth’s things. He kept it for years pala…hahaha…(May pagnanasa na pala sya sa akin since then)…LOL…
I used to forward this email to all my friends, including Abeth, who happens to be my classmate in college. It never came to my mind that we would become a couple someday because we’re just really friends, not even the best of friends. We just became ‘close friends’ during our last year in college. That was in 1999. I have never imagined us being together….until one night and a kiss in December 2000…..I found the only person whom I want to be with the rest of my life. There was no courtship, it was just pure friendship, which turned into love. From there I realized that love is really a mystery… and realized that friendship is really one of the strong foundations of a happy relationship.
