Spicy, peppered and deep-fried pork belly

My husband requested me to cook this peppered fried pork he had tasted in a restaurant. According to him, it is fried and seasoned with salt and pepper. So, I made my version of the dish based on his description and added some chili flakes to make a twist.  This is a very easy recipe.

Here it is…

spicy pork with salt and pepper

Ingredients:

1 kilo pork belly, sliced into ½ inch x 1 inch

2 tsp iodized salt

1 tsp ground pepper

Chili flakes (depends on how spicy you want)

Flour for coating

Cooking oil for deep frying

Procedure: Just season the pork with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Before frying, coat the pork with flour. Cook until golden brown and serve with vinegar dip (combination of vinegar, crushed garlic, and chopped onion).
