RSS FeedI promised myself to lose weight in preparation for the next baby and to prevent me from having diabetes. But, I haven’t lost much weight yet because I stopped exercising and jogging again due to my busy work schedule. **Sigh** I just monitor my blood sugar regularly to check if it’s above normal and limit my intake of sweets. Due to my hectic schedule, I’m thinking of taking a diet pill to help me reduce weight. So I checked on the internet for several brands of diet pills available in the market, such as Lipovox, Reductil, Xenical, and Exofat, to find out their impacts and side-effects. But, I’m still skeptical on taking any of these diet pills because of its side-effects. Eating right and exercising regularly is still the best way to help me lose weight. I think I have to start to do the jogging again.

I can say that this has allowed me to increase the traffic to my website, increased my sales, brought in new business builders into my business, allowed me to contact other networkers, advertise for FREE and make more money on top of all of that.
