90 days
It’s been 90 days since we started our small canteen and it’s doing fine. It’s really tiring especially when we were just setting up the business. We personally designed the place, painted the walls, and put linoleum on the floor. Lucky for us because we don’t have to hire someone that offers moving services for us to be able to transport the chairs, tables, refrigerator, and other appliances needed in our canteen because Abeth borrowed the truck from their company. We have saved money on that. It’s important to consider all the cost-saving measures for us to be able to profit well. We have realized that it’s not that easy putting up a business no matter how small it is. You really have to handle it personally and you can’t just leave all the work to your people most especially during the first months. We just hope that this business will grow. We’re not just doing this business for us to earn, but we also want to help our crews to earn.
