I’ve been very busy lately and still busy with so many things.

• I need to finish the kitchen testing for the new menus that we are going to introduce.
• Print flyers for our new products
• Finish creating the standardized recipes so that if ever I am not around the cook would still be able to cook the food based on my recipe
• Write about safety equipment
• Recomputation of our financial statement
• Design a new tarpaulin to be printed
• Design a new menu card
• Post our Balay Indang experience
• I need to perfect my sisig recipe
• And of course my office works

I need a break!
