This September, it will be the second year since the death of Abeth’s uncle. It was an unexpected death because he died due to a heart attack. He was only 40 years old then and it was very painful for his wife and two children because it was really unexpected. They weren’t expecting that a heart attack will cause his death because he has a “clean-living”. He doesn’t eat fatty foods, he’s not a drinker, and not even a smoker. It is the instances like this I realize the importance of having the knowledge in doing CPR and other emergency procedures. I am not aware if there are schools that offer first aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) courses. With a know-how on first aids, a life could be saved in times of emergencies.
