I came across this page because like all of us, i have bought and tried leisure 18 slimming chocolate drink. I am on my 7th day now and so far ive only lost 3lbs, a lot less than others, but also, i have not had any bad side effects mentioned here. Hindi ako nakaramdam ng abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, headache, palpitation, etc. The effects that i felt were easy fatigabuility, dryness of the mouth and throat and thrist. These are not side effects, these are part of the effects of dieting. Yes, dieting. Kasi by taking these appetite suppresant drinks, you cut back on food, which is called dieting. I am not an expert but i am a medical student on my 4th year, this is what i have to say, lahat ng gamot may advantages at disadvantages. Kahit simpleng paracetamol, dahil lahat yan may ibat ibang effects sa katawan natin. For me, you just have to know how to take the "drugs" and when to stop. Like these drinks, hindi porke d ka gutom eh d ka na kakain. Stool or poop, is formed from what you eat. So kung wala ka kinain, malamang wala ka din ilalabas. Hemorrhoids is from straining. Dahil nga d ka nag poop for a few days malamang panic mode ka na and you strain to get something out pero wala ngang lalabas kasi walang laman ang cecum at rectum mo. So when finally nakaipon na cya ng laman at nastimulate na ang center mo for defecation, may blood na from your previous straining. Dizziness, headaches, palpitations all comes from lack of food. Caffeine in coffee also produces palpitation so double whammy. All coffees, kahit hindi slimming, should be taken in moderation bec of the same effects, research on caffeine effects. What i did is i maintaned a 1200cal diet while taking this drink. So gradual nga ang weight loss ko pero wala namang unwanted side effects. I have tried dieting before and the effects were the same, un nga lang pahirapan ma maintain ang 1200calorie diet since takaw mata ako. Now with this, walang kahirap hirap na na mamaintain ko ung calories ko. Hi all.
